If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Rapid Dublin Heavy Duty Towing Service provides towing and roadside assistance services in Dublin, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to heavy duty towing, accident recovery, flatbed towing, winch-out service, emergency towing, roadside assistance, vehicle storage, and related work.
Service availability depends on equipment availability, location, road access, and conditions at the time of the request. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions make safe performance impossible or if the job falls outside our equipment capabilities.
Any estimate provided - whether over the phone, by email, or through our online form - is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes, additional equipment is required, access conditions are different from what was described, or the job takes materially longer than anticipated.
We will communicate any significant changes to the estimated cost before performing additional work. You have the right to decline additional work before it is performed. Written authorization may be required for certain jobs.
Certain tow types - particularly those initiated by law enforcement - may be subject to rate schedules regulated by the State of California or local authorities. We will provide an itemized invoice upon request.
Appointments scheduled in advance may be cancelled without charge if notice is given at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice for non-emergency work may be subject to a trip fee to cover the cost of dispatching equipment.
Emergency towing calls cannot be cancelled once a truck has been dispatched. If the vehicle is no longer at the reported location when the truck arrives, a trip charge may apply.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the estimated window provided at the time of dispatch. Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Fleet and commercial accounts may be established in advance with approved credit terms.
If a vehicle is placed in storage, storage charges begin upon the vehicle's arrival at the storage facility and accrue daily. You are responsible for all storage charges until the vehicle is retrieved. Storage charges will not be waived due to delays in insurance processing or disputes with third parties.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings and any associated costs, including reasonable legal fees, as permitted by applicable law.
When requesting service, you represent that:
Providing false or misleading information that results in additional cost, equipment damage, or safety hazards may result in additional charges and termination of service.
We will take reasonable care in handling your vehicle. However, our liability for any damage to a vehicle in our care is limited to the actual, documented cost to repair or replace the damaged component, not to exceed the fair market value of the vehicle at the time of service.

Any claim for vehicle damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after that period may not be considered.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. We make no guarantee as to a specific outcome, arrival time, or result beyond what is described in a written service agreement.
If a dispute arises from or relates to our services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us directly at the email or phone number listed below. We will make a good-faith effort to address your concern within 10 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or by litigation in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
You may not bring a class action or consolidated claim against us. Any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alameda County, California.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and page layouts - is owned by or licensed to Rapid Dublin Heavy Duty Towing Service and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
